Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to shape an inspiring work environment in England. This full-time role involves leading engagement initiatives, supporting employee wellbeing, and coaching managers. Overview

People & Culture Business Partner

This exciting role will allow the successful individual to take a 'hands on' as well as strategic approach in shaping an inspiring workplace culture and bringing teams together. As well as understanding the importance of data, you will be people centric and passionate about wellbeing and culture. You will also have experienced first hand, of how positive change can impact an organisation.

Responsibilities

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Using people data and insights to guide decisions, spot trends, and champion improvements.
  • Leading culture and engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and internal campaigns.
  • Driving inclusive recognition and communication programmes that truly connect people.
  • Supporting employee wellbeing across mental, physical, and emotional health, and managing key health-related services.
  • Coaching managers through performance and development conversations.
  • Supporting the design and delivery of reward, benefits, and recognition schemes.
  • Producing people reports that inform leadership and shape positive change.
Skills and Experience
  • Experienced in delivering change
  • Food Manufacturing experience (preferred) or traditional manufacturing environment
  • A good understanding of employment law, particularly in absence management
  • Interested and proactive in supporting in management people skills development
  • A positive, proactive mindset and a collaborative approach.
  • Experience in a people-focused HR, engagement, or culture role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • A strategic head, with the confidence to work with data and systems to drive insight and action.
  • A natural coach, with the ability to guide managers and build capability.
  • CIPD Level 7 preferred or a desire to work towards it.
