Job Description

Join this leading organisation and provide a full benefits administration service and, whilst planning and organising the work to meet agreed deadlines and service standards, also works closely with the Senior Technicians and trainees to facilitate the smooth running of the team, with minimum supervision. London, 2 days in the office per week.

About the role
  • Administer the Scheme’s benefits in accordance with Scheme Rules and agreed processes and methods, seeking guidance where needed.
  • Administer casework in accordance with client service agreements and deadlines, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work activity, identifying and raising with the Senior Benefits Technician and/or the Assistant Administration Managers, any areas of risk in the administration.
  • Operating best practice and ensuring processes are documented and followed and constantly reviewing work processes with a view to identifying and raising with the Assistant Administration Managers those which could be cost effectively and efficiently improved.
  • Provide a full cradle to grave administration service to members.
  • Support the contribution and data processes as required.
  • Utilise and update daily work reports in accordance with the instructions from the Assistant Administration Managers.
  • Proactively assist and support the Senior Technicians and trainees in all matters relating to service delivery.
  • Assist with system testing including calculation, letter and process testing.
  • Support other teams within the business when required and support other members of the team when required.
About you
  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience including GCSE A – C passes in Maths and English
  • Part qualified PMI or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience in cradle to grave DB administration
  • Experience in DC administration
  • Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes, and procedures
