Brief Introduction

The Project Pension Administrator Is an exciting opportunity to join a newly created specialist Administration Project Implementations Team, where you will play a crucial role in supporting operational teams in delivering vital pension scheme projects.

The Role

The Pensions Project Administrator will support the operational teams in delivering technical administration projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of pension administration projects.
  • Performing data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of pension data.
  • Preparing regular project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for effective project delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements within pension administration projects.
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Providing support and training to team members and clients on project-related activities.

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience in a third-party administration environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
