About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient pediatric rehab team. In this role, you will provide individualized, one-on-one care to children from birth through age 21. Our treatment model emphasizes patient-centered care, caregiver involvement, and multi-disciplinary collaboration across physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

You’ll have the autonomy to design treatment plans tailored to your patients, while benefiting from mentorship, professional development, and opportunities for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, individualized physical therapy sessions in an outpatient pediatric setting.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Involve parents and caregivers in treatment sessions to ensure continuity at home.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, and fellow PTs for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in co-treatment sessions when clinically appropriate.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current or pending state Physical Therapist license.
  • Strong interest in pediatric care, from early intervention through adolescence.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills.
