A leading healthcare provider in the UK is looking for a Podiatrist to join their team. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for patients with foot and ankle problems, provide expert assessment and treatment without needing a GP referral, and support the development of podiatry pathways within the practice. The role requires an HCPC-registered Podiatrist with a BSc or Pre-Reg MSc in podiatry and excellent communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care and work within a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Podiatrist willbe the first point of contact for patients presenting with foot and ankleproblems in primary care. The post holder will provide expert assessment,diagnosis, advice, and management without the need for a GP referral,supporting earlier intervention, reducing unnecessary GP appointments, andimproving patient access to specialist care.
Blackpool South PCN is made up of four GP Practices with a weighted list size of 37,500 spread across a fairly compact urban area.
