Qualifications

• Detail-oriented individual responsible for inspecting PCBAs.
• Requires strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of PCBAs to ensure compliance.
• Accurately identify and log defects.
• Rework common faults such as solder bridges.

Skills

Basic knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly

Ability to recognize and correct common assembly/soldering issues

Comfortable performing repetitive, detail‑focused tasks

Willingness to operate and learn new inspection equipment

Familiarity with IPC standards

Ability to read and follow instructions, drawings, and reference samples

Dependable team player with a strong work ethic

Preferred 2 years of working experience as Visual Inspector
