A leading innovator in AI hardware based in Bristol is looking for a PCB CAD Designer to develop designs in close collaboration with engineers. The ideal candidate should have over four years of experience in PCB design, including schematic and layout management. Reporting to the PCB CAD Team Lead, the PCB CAD Designer will be helping to design and develop the next generation PCB’s within Graphcore’s Hardware department.
You will be developing designs in close collaboration with hardware, mechanical and signal integrity engineers within the department. You will be helping to define complex PCB stack ups and determine suitable constraints to be applied on the design in collaboration with our lead PCB Fabricators. You will be experienced in all aspects of PCB design from high power, multi‑phase power supplies to high‑speed digital design that includes SERDES, Ethernet, DDR and PCIE.
