A leading financial institution in the UK is seeking an experienced Payroll & T&A Transformation Business Analyst for a 12-month contract. The role involves working with HR stakeholders to enhance Payroll and Time & Attendance processes, including identifying automation opportunities and managing User Acceptance Testing. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in Payroll projects and strong interaction with stakeholders. The role offers flexible working arrangements with minimal requirement to be in the office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on Payroll or Time & Attendance projects.
• Experience as a Business Analyst within multi-discipline programs.
• Ability to manage financial and operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Work with HR stakeholders to identify business requirements.
• Analyze processes and define automation opportunities.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and manage testing scenarios.

Skills

Knowledge of Payroll and Time & Attendance processes

Familiarity with SAP products (e.g., SuccessFactors)

Understanding of Agile and transformation management

Experience in LEAN and process re-engineering
