An exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a rapidly growing UK offshore organization. This role focuses on managing UK payrolls accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, and meeting multiple client deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end UK payroll processing for multiple clients or within a bureau environment.
  • Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, NIC, Auto-Enrolment, and statutory payments.
  • Review and post payroll journals accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in payroll processing.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports and documentation as required.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve payroll queries.
  • Work under pressure to meet strict client deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in running UK payrolls, ideally in a bureau or multi-client environment.
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation.
  • Proficient in payroll software (BrightPay preferred).
  • Experience in reviewing and posting payroll journals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • UK BPO experience is mandatory.
  • Must be willing to work on UK shift.
