We are supporting in the search of an experienced UK Payroll Lead to take ownership of payroll data accuracy and submission. This role will sit at the centre of payroll operations, working closely with HR to ensure all employee information is processed correctly, compliantly and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the accurate preparation and submission of UK payroll data
  • Ensure payroll inputs are complete, timely, and compliant with legislation
  • Work closely with HR to validate starters, leavers, changes, and absences
  • Act as the main point of accountability for payroll accuracy
  • Support audits, reconciliations, and reporting as required
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times

  • Proven experience in UK payroll (end-to-end or data submission focused)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident working with HR teams and sensitive employee data
  • Solid understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
