Job Description

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processes
  • Ensure accurate financial record keeping and compliance with local regulations
  • Collaborate with Accounting & Finance department for monthly payroll reconciliation
  • Provide payroll reports and data analysis to support decision making
  • Support employees with payroll-related queries
  • Work with external payroll vendors to ensure quality service delivery
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll laws, regulations and best practices in the technology & telecoms industry
  • Participate in payroll system upgrades and process improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Specialist should have:

  • An academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in payroll management within the technology & telecoms industry
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems and regulations
  • Excellent analytical skills for financial data interpretation
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with employees and external vendors
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
