A prominent national health service in the UK is seeking a Payroll Specialist to provide expert payroll guidance and manage payroll services. The ideal candidate will hold an HND in Accounting and have extensive experience with payroll systems and NHS regulations. Responsibilities include handling complex payroll inquiries, managing payroll reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Glasgow, offering numerous employee benefits and a supportive work environment.
Applicants who do not meet the essential criteria will be considered under the Annex 21 training programme, where whilst undergoing training, they will be paid a % of the top of Band 5 and on completion of training will then move on to Band 5 scale.

The working pattern for this role Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4.30pm.
