A partner accountancy practice in York is seeking a Payroll & Bookkeeping Assistant to join their supportive team. The role involves processing payrolls accurately, maintaining records, and assisting with bookkeeping duties. Candidates should have experience in an accountancy practice and strong knowledge of UK payroll procedures. This position offers a hybrid working environment with the flexibility of working from home two days a week, along with competitive benefits including 25 days holiday and overtime pay.
Location: York (City Centre) - Hybrid working (2 days from home)
Hours: Full- time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm with an hour for lunch (35 hour week)
