  • Manage UK benefits schemes and annual renewals.
  • Lead and coach a team of three payroll professionals.
  • Handle DC pension administration and regulatory deadlines.
  • Maintain vendor relationships for outsourced payroll services.
  • Review and approve payroll processing and year-end activities.
  • Coordinate share vesting and benefit communications.
  • Monitor costs, invoices, and provide reports to Accounts.
