  • Oversee and deliver the month-end process efficiently.

An immediate opportunity for an experienced Payroll and Finance Coordinator to join a welcoming school team on a fixed‑term basis.

Our client is looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated Payroll and Finance Coordinator to support the finance department in a busy and rewarding school environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll experience, advanced Excel skills and the ability to work confidently across finance functions.

What We Are Looking For
  • AAT Level 4 (or equivalent) qualification
  • Proven experience in payroll (essential)
  • Previous finance experience within a school setting (highly desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel with the ability to use advanced functions confidently
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and problem‑solving skills
