Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience working in a busy payroll or finance department.
• Experience working with salaried payroll and timesheets.
• Knowledge of RTI, SSP/SMP, and pensions.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for timesheeted and salaried staff.
• Ensure compliance with legal and organisational standards.
• Develop and maintain communication channels with customers.

Skills

Excellent organisational skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Up-to-date knowledge of HMRC legislation

Education

Level 2 English & Maths (GCSE Grade C or equivalent)
