Responsibilities


  • Own financial accounting bookings and reconciliations for global compensation data.

  • Manage sensitive and confidential data with professionalism and integrity.

  • Lead the audit process for compensation accounting, acting as the main point of contact for external auditors.

  • Support the regulatory reporting of employee compensation across jurisdictions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including HR and Investor Relations.


Qualifications


  • Part-qualified or fully qualified chartered accountant.

  • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.

  • Compensation accounting experience is essential, ideally including complex structures and deferred equity requests (preferred but not essential).

  • Familiarity with global accounting and compensation processes.

  • Understanding of hedge fund structures and financial flows (preferred but not required).

  • Proven ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
