About the Role

Investec Bank Limited is seeking a motivated Payouts Admin Assistant to join our Asset Finance team in Reading on a 6‑month contract.

Responsibilities
  • Administer the Payouts Team Inboxes, handling incoming queries and coordinating with Payouts Team Leaders.
  • Prepare and approve Payouts Team Welcome Packs, ensuring all paperwork and signatures are complete before shipment.
  • Assist with daily payment runs.
  • Support ad‑hoc tasks within the Payouts Department.

  • Regulatory knowledge applicable to the role (compulsory).
  • High integrity and commitment to treating customers fairly in line with Consumer Duty Principles.
  • Strong administrative and attention‑to‑detail skills.
