Moneycorp is seeking a Payment Solutions Senior Sales Manager as Moneycorp expands its payment solutions offering throughout the UK market. Moneycorp is a leading provider of global payments and currency risk management. We pride ourselves on delivering high touch and customized products that put our customers first.

The Payment Solutions Senior Sales Manager is responsible for realising revenue throughout the entire sales process across global payments and risk management solutions—planning, lead generation, developing business cases, implementing, integrating and maximizing opportunities. You will be executing strategic and tactical plans to achieve the team's revenue targets through the acquisition of new business relationships. The primary focus is to sustain and grow the usage of the company6s services, including Global Payments API, Integrated Pay-outs, Mass Pay-outs, Cross-border Payments, Strategic Partnerships, Process Automation and System Integration. This position may require managing a regional team to help achieve financial targets.

New Business Development
  • Develop, manage and close sales pipeline for new, strategic mid-market and large enterprise accounts.
  • Consistently deliver revenue targets, ensuring company revenue goals and objectives are achieved quarter over quarter and year over year.
  • Identify new business opportunities through consultative selling and acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers alike.
  • Visit and communicate with prospects, partners and clients regularly.
  • Uncover customer needs, develop champions, present specific use cases, demonstrate the differentiated value of Moneycorp products and services and negotiate favourable pricing and terms by selling value and ROI.
  • Support goals and the overall business with appropriate business travel where necessary.
  • Identify and leverage strategic partnerships with current and prospective businesses to cultivate and manage partner, distribution, and channel relationships.
  • Team oriented with the ability to build and maintain strategic working relationships internal and external to prospects and partners.
  • Engage closely with our global sales teams and integration teams to serve as an innovation influencer for our product roadmap and strategy.
  • Communicate with salespeople, shared support services and external partners to expand Moneycorp's business reach.
Industry Champion / Expert
  • Become the industry champion within your targeted sector.
  • Represent Moneycorp at trade shows, conferences, industry meetings, etc.
  • Subscribe to and read relevant industry press to update the team monthly on developments and opportunities.
  • Gather daily market information including reading daily FX market commentary and industry-related subscriptions.
Metrics and Reporting
  • Be a strategic thinker who can translate broad visions into structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics.
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and annual revenue numbers and work to achieve them.
  • Organize and maintain up-to-date information on touchpoints with contacts through CRM software.
  • Provide forensic, analytical reporting to monitor all aspects of the account, including key drivers, learnings, and trends for future activities.
Compliance
  • Remain compliant with relevant regulations, legislation and policies.
  • Maintain associated paperwork to company standards.
  • Follow company procedures and standards at all times with focus on KYC procedures and accurate maintenance of all CRM records.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Experience in sales acquiring new customer relationships and building existing books of business in the FX Payments space.
  • Experience listening to customers to understand problems, enabling channel partner ecosystems, sales forecasting, and negotiating/closing.
  • Understanding of the corporate foreign exchange process and funds flow from client to beneficiaries.
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles and a proven track record of revenue generation.
  • Experience with Trading and Online Payment Platforms and managing an implementation process within the payments category.
  • Proven success in mid-size to large business environments and the ability to grow a regional P&L and manage a team.
  • Strong existing network of contacts and a hands-on, quota-focused sales leader who engages daily with enterprise customers, prospects and partners.
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills; ability to develop customer proposals and RFP responses.
  • Excellent client relationship management and follow-up techniques to advance the sales process; ability to develop profitable pricing strategies.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a sales-focused culture; highly numerate and analytical with attention to detail.
Education
  • IT literate - proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with integrated technology and APIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields (business administration, marketing, finance) preferable.
  • At least 5 years of experience in this field.
