Responsibilities

• Creating first patterns for our products (bottoms, bras, period underwear and swimwear) based on designers' sketches and tech packs.
• Using Lectra (Modaris or similar) for construction lines, seam allowances and annotations.
• Creating grading rules across sizes considering body measurements, fabric stretch and garment consistency.
• Conducting fit sessions on mannequins and making adjustments for style, fabric and production methods.
• Supporting sampling and production by reviewing prototypes, providing technical feedback and ensuring patterns are production-ready.
• Maintaining organized pattern libraries and digital archives for all products.
• Collaborating with design, product development and suppliers.

Profile

• 3 years of experience in pattern making for underwear, bras, swimwear or period products.
• Proficiency in Lectra Modaris or equivalent.
• Very good understanding of grading rules across sizes taking into account body measurements, fabric stretch and garment consistency.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset working closely with design, product development and suppliers to ensure products meet both aesthetic and functional standards.
• Fluency in English (German or Czech would be a plus).
