Salary : Up to 26257.00 per year (depending on level of experience training and qualification)

Circle National Enquiry Centre in Glasgow is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.

We have an opportunity for a Patient Services Advisor to join their team of staff.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include :
  • Handle inbound NHS enquiries via telephone and email from patients and clinicians ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Use multiple CHG systems to book re-schedule and cancel appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Consistently meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure contractual obligations are achieved.
  • Record all interactions accurately across multiple CRM systems maintaining up-to-date and complete patient records.
  • Comply with all CHG Policies and Procedures relevant to this role ensuring awareness of personal responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of and compliance with regulatory requirements including safeguarding policies for children and vulnerable adults.
