Job summary

A prominent healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking a Patient Engagement and Involvement Facilitator to lead initiatives that enhance patient feedback and experiences. You will develop involvement strategies, build relationships with service users, and deliver training to staff. The ideal candidate will have significant NHS experience and expertise in public engagement and coproduction. This role offers a salary range of £38,682 to £46,580 plus HCA.

Qualifications

• Significant NHS experience or previous experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of techniques for public involvement and coproduction.
• Experience in public engagement and involvement.

Responsibilities

• Champion and support involvement work across the Trust.
• Support the development of a Patient Involvement Strategy.
• Build strong relationships with service users and stakeholders.
• Attend internal and external meetings for effective information dissemination.
• Support active involvement of patient groups in improvement opportunities.
