About the Role

We are seeking Patient Services Administrators to join our team in Rochdale. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication and administrative skills who can provide high-quality support within a busy healthcare environment.

Location: Rochdale

Salary: Negotiable

Employment Type: Temporary

Start Date: ASAP

Shift Times: 8:30am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm

Tasks
  • Communicating professionally with patients via telephone
  • Handling enquiries, appointments, and general patient support
  • Updating patient records and maintaining accurate data
  • Providing administrative support to the wider clinical and admin teams
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
  • Experience communicating with patients via phone (or confidence and willingness to handle patient calls)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Good IT literacy and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
