Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a PAT Tester to join one of the country's leading Facilities Management companies working around the North of England. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PAT testing and hold qualifications such as City & Guilds 2377 portable appliance testing.

Responsibilities
  • Complete the PAT testing schedule within agreed timescales and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Identify non-repairable faults in appliances and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings with recommendations for suitable replacement.
  • Ensure compliance documentation is completed and up to date at all times.
  • Advise the on-site customer of any repair and maintenance issues that could affect the smooth running of the site.
  • Attend training courses as necessary to keep personal job skills up to date with technical developments.
  • Comply with the company's Health and Safety Policy at all times.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Work with company and customer employees to maintain laid-down standards of quality.
Qualifications
