A family-owned hotel in Cornwall is looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their award-winning team. The role requires minimum 2 years' experience in quality establishments and strong skills in patisserie. We are recruiting a passionate, experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our established team at the Bedruthan Hotel. You will play a key role in delivering our carefully crafted menus, inspired by the seasons and our specialist Cornish growers, farmers, and fishermen. With a focus on patisserie, you will help elevate our food offering to the next level.
Our ideal candidate will be articulate, well presented, and driven, with a natural tendency to do everything to the best of their ability. You will be confident running a section and consistently deliver to a high standard. Always a team player, you will seek to evolve and contribute to a safe and positive working environment.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen is required for this role. We will continue to provide the training and development you need to progress and expand your skills.
