This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and ambitious chef to focus exclusively on pastry within a respected kitchen while still enjoying the collaboration support and direction of a strong Head Chef and brigade.

The Role
  • Take ownership of the pastry section at Chef de Partie level
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality desserts pastry items and afternoon offerings
  • Work to established recipes and standards while contributing ideas in a collaborative environment
  • Maintain prep levels and keep the section running smoothly during service
  • Ensure food safety hygiene and kitchen organisation are upheld at all times
  • Support the Head Chef and wider team as required
What We re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie with strong pastry skills
  • Creativity and flair balanced with precision and consistency
  • Passion for fresh seasonal ingredients and modern presentation
  • Ability to follow recipes and direction from the Head Chef while adding your own input
  • Calm reliable and able to perform under pressure
