Qualifications

• Experience in delivering support and mentoring to students.

• Ability to effectively monitor and assist at-risk students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging weekly group tutorials that support personal development and wellbeing.
• Provide 1:1 support to students, setting and reviewing SMART targets.
• Monitor attendance and engagement, identifying and supporting at-risk learners.
• Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and support teams to ensure student success.
• Support students with progression planning, including UCAS and work experience.
• Contribute to enrichment activities and promote a positive campus culture.
