Do you want a rewarding, flexible role, making a real difference to learners’ lives at College?

We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join our fantastic Pastoral Support team as a Pastoral Support Tutor on a bank/flexible basis at our Shoreham Campus to provide pastoral and academic support to our full‑time learners on a 1:1 and group basis including weekly sessions of the tutorial programme. The work you do as a Pastoral Support Tutor will support and motivate our students to achieve their full potential at college, ensuring they have a fulfilling experience at college.

As well as experience of supporting students, as a Pastoral Support Tutor you will be required to understand their support needs. You will also be highly motivated and have experience of target setting, working to tight deadlines and have proven time management and organisational skills.
