Overview

This is a 35 hour a week term time post. As a Pastoral Tutor, you will support students' personal, social, and academic development through weekly group tutorials and 1:1 sessions. You will help learners set goals, overcome challenges, and stay on track with their studies. Working closely with teaching staff and support teams, you will monitor attendance, identify students at risk, and ensure they receive the right support. You will also contribute to enrichment activities, promote wellbeing, and play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive campus environment.

Key Responsibilities
