A leading educational institution in Camden Town is looking for a Pastoral Tutor to support students' personal, social, and academic development through group tutorials and one-on-one sessions. You'll engage with students to help them set goals and overcome challenges while collaborating closely with teaching staff. They value strong communication and organizational skills, along with a commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing. This role requires a passion for transforming students' lives and contributing to a positive campus environment.
Are you passionate about supporting young people to thrive, grow, and succeed? Do you believe in the power of education to transform lives? If so, we want to hear from you! This is a 35 hour a week term time post. As a Pastoral Tutor, you will support students' personal, social, and academic development through weekly group tutorials and 1:1 sessions. You will help learners set goals, overcome challenges, and stay on track with their studies. Working closely with teaching staff and support teams, you will monitor attendance, identify students at risk, and ensure they receive the right support. You will also contribute to enrichment activities, promote wellbeing, and play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive campus environment.

You bring strong communication and organisational skills, and you thrive in a collaborative environment. Whether you have experience in pastoral care, youth work, or education, you understand the importance of safeguarding, equality, and student wellbeing. You are proactive, empathetic, and ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of learners.
