A secondary school in England is seeking a part-time Pastoral Support Administrator to provide crucial administrative support for pastoral systems. The role involves working closely with the Deputy Headteacher and other senior staff to ensure effective communication and to promote student wellbeing. PASTORAL SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR (Part-time – & permanent) 30 hours per week (term-time only, plus 1 INSET Day)
Grade 5, Points 11-14

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and committed colleague to join our growing and ambitious school. The Pastoral Support Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the Deputy Headteacher (Pastoral), Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs), Assistant Headteacher in charge of Personal Development and the Heads of Houses team to ensure all pupils can thrive at HSL. The post holder will provide high-quality administrative support, contribute to the smooth running of pastoral systems, and coordinate information between school, families, and external agencies. They will support positive behaviour and wellbeing by maintaining accurate systems, analysing trends, and helping to ensure that interventions are effective.
