A supportive educational institution in Fleet is seeking a caring Pastoral Assistant/Behaviour Support Worker. This part-time position, 21 hours per week during term time, involves supporting students and assisting the Heads of Houses with operational tasks. Ideal candidates should be calm under pressure and capable of maintaining confidentiality. We require a caring and committed Pastoral Assistant/Behaviour Support Worker to join this strong team who support our students in their day to day lives at CPS. You must be calm under pressure and display sensitivity and confidentiality when dealing with students and staff. You will also provide support to the operational work of the Heads of Houses as well as working closely with other colleagues and Pastoral leaders as part of the team in HQ.
£12,540 per annum (FTE £25,186 per annum). This role is advertised for 3 days a week (21 hours per week), term time only, including INSET days. Ideal working hours 8:15am to 4pm (but we can be flexible for the right candidate).
