Role Summary

We require a caring and committed Pastoral Assistant/Behaviour Support Worker to join this strong team who support our students in their day to day lives at CPS. You must be calm under pressure and display sensitivity and confidentiality when dealing with students and staff. You will also provide support to the operational work of the Heads of Houses as well as working closely with other colleagues and Pastoral leaders as part of the team in HQ.

Salary and Working Hours

£12,540 per annum (FTE £25,186 per annum). This role is advertised for 3 days a week (21 hours per week), term time only, including INSET days. Ideal working hours 8:15am to 4pm (but we can be flexible for the right candidate).

Position Details

Permanent. Calthorpe Park School. The role is part of the core team supporting the school’s centralised disruption free learning behaviour policy which insures calm and purposeful lessons for all students and teachers.
