• Qualified to Fire Risk Assessor Level 3.
• Proven experience working to deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Fire passive delivery.
• Experience under third-party accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations team on Passive Fire Safety works.
• Respond to complaints and service breakdowns.
• Manage resources and maintain tools and equipment.
• Prepare quotation and tender documentation.
• Ensure compliance with 3rd Party Certification.

Fire Risk Assessor Level 3

Management experience
