Vehicle Parts Centre Manager Required in Brighton, East Sussex
  • Basic Salary : £49,000
  • On Target Earnings : Up to £59,000
  • Hours : 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday Only

Our client, a well-established network of manufacturer‑affiliated vehicle parts retailers employing over 1,500 staff nationwide, is seeking a Centre Manager to lead their Brighton operation.

As a Centre Manager, you will oversee the operation of a dynamic team, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, achieving business objectives, and maintaining smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the team to meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
  • Create and maintain a customer‑centric culture.
  • Devise sales strategies and implement departmental goals.
  • Monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Develop and implement Personal Development Plans for team members.
  • Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and ethical guidelines, including warranty processes.
  • Analyse market data and develop sales opportunities.
  • Maintain the security of stock and premises.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong automotive parts management experience.
  • Background in a sales environment with vehicle manufacturers or automotive parts retailers (preferred).
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Sales‑focused, results‑driven, and highly motivated.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
