Overview

Parts Supervisor/Advisor required for Automotive Franchised Car Dealer Group, located in Chiswick, West London.

The salary on offer for this role is dependent on experience, likely to have a starting salary of around £34,000.

The hours of work for this Parts Supervisor/Advisor role are 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota.

Role Specification

• A previous working experience as a Parts Supervisor / Parts Advisor
• Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
• Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
• Motivating and developing the Parts Team

Responsibilities

• Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
• Acting as the first point of contact for customers – demonstrating sublime customer service.
• Overseeing the effective supervision of all Parts and consumable stocks
• As a Parts Supervisor you will be working closely with the Parts Manager
• Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
