Job summary

A premier staffing solutions provider in Reading is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor. This full-time role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as inventory management capabilities. The ideal candidate will assist customers and maintain an organized workspace while also pricing parts accurately. A full UK driver's licence is necessary for this position.

PARTS ADVISOR

OTE:£34,000

Parts Advisor job details
Basic Salary:£26,000 - £31,000
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 42.5 hrs per week + Saturday morning (1in2) 07:00-12:00 when required on occasion at a overtime rate
Location:Reading

Additional Benefits:

An experienced Parts Advisor with commercial experience is required for full time permanent vacancy.
Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor
·Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
·Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
·Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
·Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
·Informing customers of any current specials.
·Demonstrates behaviours consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
