Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor working within an Automotive dealership in the Cardiff area.

Our Client is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor / Parts Person to join their friendly team of Vehicle Parts Professionals.

Starting salary of £29,500 per annum (negotiable pending experience).

Access to a quarterly departmental bonus of circa £1,200 per annum, plus a commitment bonus of £600 per annum.

Overtime is paid at time and a half.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday with a 2‑weekly rota of 6:00 am‑2:00 pm, and 2:00 pm‑10:00 pm, plus 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8:00 am‑1:00 pm.

Requirements
  • Have previous working experience in a busy Parts Department.
  • A strong communicator used to dealing with both Trade Customers and the General Public.
  • An ability to provide an excellent level of customer service.
  • Experience in using Motor Trade Parts Systems.
Responsibilities
  • As a Parts Advisor for our client, you will be vital to the business’s success, supplying both Trade and Retail Customers with parts.
  • You will be required to serve on both the Front and Back counters serving both Retail customers and the workshop.
