Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking a Parts Advisor on behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable main dealer.

Role Overview

As a Parts Advisor, you'll be a key member of the aftersales team, ensuring both colleagues and customers receive outstanding service. You'll be responsible for sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for workshop and retail customers, managing stock, and maintaining excellent relationships with both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate parts advice and support to customers and workshop staff
  • Source, order, and supply automotive parts in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Use electronic parts catalogues and dealership management systems effectively
  • Manage stock levels, deliveries, and returns
  • Support the service team and work collaboratively across departments
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism
What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade (preferred)
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle components
  • Good IT skills and familiarity with dealership systems (Kerridge/CDK or similar)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
  • Main Dealer experience is desirable but not essential
