Anglian Home Improvements, Everest, and Safestyle are national providers offering local service and bespoke products, all manufactured at our factory in Norwich, England, UK.

About the Role

We’re seeking a commercially minded Partners Manager to join our digital team. Reporting to the Paid Media Lead, you will manage and grow affiliate partnerships to support lead generation and business growth. Responsibilities include budget oversight, performance tracking, and collaboration with marketing, compliance, and digital teams. Strong Excel skills are essential for data analysis and driving results.

This role is suitable for someone confident with data, skilled in relationship management, and motivated by performance. Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a closed group of affiliate partners, with plans to expand.
  2. Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates.
  3. Monitor weekly and monthly performance, including leads, revenue, and cost of sale.
  4. Ensure all affiliate activity complies with legal, GDPR, and brand guidelines.
  5. Manage one direct report and support their development.
  6. Work with senior stakeholders to manage budgets and forecast lead generation.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize channel performance and identify growth opportunities.
About You
  1. Experience managing an affiliate program in a B2C or lead generation environment.
  2. Proven ability to recruit and manage publisher/affiliate relationships.
  3. Strong understanding of budget management and performance forecasting.
  4. Experience in people management and team development.
  5. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  6. Results-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
