• Lead and manage the Commercial Property team based in Suffolk
• Play a key role in driving the growth and success of the commercial property offering, while managing a varied and high-value caseload
• Work on complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold matters and property finance
• Play an active role in business development and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
• Mentor and develop junior team members
