The role

In your new role as a Partner Recruiting Assistant, you will be providing administrative support on lateral partner and counsel hiring. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing initial drafts of correspondence for lateral partner and counsel candidates including confirming interviews.
  • Liaising directly with candidates and/or headhunters, along with partners and colleagues.
  • Maintaining candidate databases and trackers.
  • Booking conference rooms and organizing video link for interviews.

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience in an administrative / HR role in a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills.
