We are currently partnering with a Rapidly Growing Consultancy to recruit a Partner. Focusing on the Insurance practice, the successful candidate will lead the growth agenda - spanning business development, transformation, and delivery across the UKI region, while supporting broader European and global Insurance markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Insurance leadership team to shape a clear, targeted sales strategy.
  • Work closely with UKI sales teams to align on growth priorities and market opportunities.
  • Execute the agreed sales strategy to drive expansion within the UKI Insurance market.
  • Leverage an established external network in the UKI Insurance sector to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, multi-level client relationships—from C-suite to operational leads.
  • Create ongoing commercial value through consistent client engagement and strategic relationship management.
  • Forge effective internal relationships across practices to ensure a cohesive, unified approach to clients.
  • Shape and design innovative solutions by bringing together the best capabilities and expertise available.
  • Utilise existing regional consulting teams and offshore resources to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
  • Develop and grow an on-site team of Insurance domain consultants as market demand and pipeline mature.
