• Proven ability to build business cases and manage P&L with clear ROI.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%).

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and expand brand presence through strategic partnerships.
• Onboard strategic digital marketplaces to boost visibility.
• Collaborate with Store Design and Visual Merchandising to ensure successful new spaces.
• Define and monitor channel KPIs such as sales per square metre and EBIT margin.
• Align with Product, Merchandising, and Regions on strategy and pricing.

Skills

Extensive years in fashion/retail expansion

Experience in accessible luxury, premium, or contemporary fashion

Strong understanding of omnichannel commercial ecosystems

Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
