We have an exciting opportunity for a Partner Account Manager to take ownership of one of our most strategic vendor relationships. This role is all about building strong partnerships, driving commercial success, and ensuring we maximise every opportunity with Cisco.

You’ll be the connector between our business and Cisco – shaping contracts, managing renewals, and making sure we deliver on commitments while unlocking new growth. You’ll track performance, forecast revenue, and lead pipeline reviews to keep us ahead of the curve.

This role can be based from any of our O2 Daisy offices, including Manchester (Didsbury), Reading, Paddington, Maxim Park, Peterborough, Birmingham, Leeds or Sheffield. There is an expectation to come into the office 3‑4 days a week, the rest of the time you can work from home.

Our new B2B venture. By bringing Virgin Media O2 Business and Daisy together, we’re creating a focused, digital‑first B2B business serving customers across small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as the public sector. Powered by our next‑generation fixed and mobile infrastructure, the new entity will offer a broader portfolio of best‑in‑class solutions – including cloud‑based communication tools, voice and contact centre offerings and 5G private networks – helping us win more business and better serve our customers.

Qualifications – Must Haves
  • Proven track record managing B2B tech vendor partnerships, with strong indirect leadership experience
  • Proven history of managing Cisco Partnerships
  • Deep understanding of mobile, networking, and cyber vendors
  • Extensive experience in contract negotiation, vendor programs, discount management, and renewals
  • Proven ability to lead complex vendor transitions (exit, litigation, onboarding)
  • Excellent commercial planning, forecasting, and pipeline management skills
Preferred Skills
  • Channel management of Palo Alto, Apple, Samsung – Cyber security would be a plus
  • History of contract negotiations in channel B2B technology vendor
