The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership within practice, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to deliver both technical excellence and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a portfolio of clients, providing high-level advisory, accounting, and tax services.
  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Contribute to the firm’s strategic planning and decision-making at board level.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Oversee complex client engagements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and adherence to professional and ethical standards.
  • Represent the firm at networking, industry, and community events.
About You
  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with substantial post-qualification experience within practice.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior management or Partner-designate role.
