Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience at a law firm or in-house legal department specializing in commercial transactions.

• Experience with drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Support Fortune's growing UK business on a part-time temporary basis.
• Advise on commercial agreements, especially advertising and sales agreements.
• Work closely with the General Counsel in NY and the Regional CEO in the UK.
