Part Time Team Administrator & Office Management Lead

Birmingham City Centre

Part time – 20 hours per week (spread evenly over 4 or 5 days)

£14,000 - £15,185

A fabulous opportunity to join a busy and dynamic team, the Team Administrator and Office Management Lead will work in support of the Surveying team and provide administrative and surveying support and back up on a day to day basis. They will provide property management to a selection of properties under the guidance and management of a Surveyor on behalf of the client taking on ownership, including responsibility for occupier applications, service charge budgeting and reporting. This includes ad hoc work in support of the team as a whole.

Responsibilities :

  • To provide administrative support to the Surveying Team.
  • Reading leases and documents and completing computer input forms
  • Assisting in the preparation of service charge budgets and reconciliations
  • Assist in answering tenant correspondence and queries and completing various client and management reports
  • Ensuring the property management systems are up to date and completing lease update forms.
