Part Time Support Worker – Nights

Are you a caring and reliable individual looking to make a real difference? We are currently seeking support workers to join our dedicated team providing waking night support to clients with complex needs across the Leeds area.

About the Role

Make a difference to people’s lives by enabling them to stay as independently as possible. Whether you’re new to care or an experienced carer we would be delighted to hear from you. We support a range of clients in their own homes across Leeds. You’ll be working night shifts to provide person‑centered care that promotes dignity, independence and comfort throughout the night.

Location

Leeds – we cover various areas.

Salary

Basic rate: £12.60 – £13.10 per hour, bank holiday: £18.00

Complex rate: £13.00 – £14.43 per hour, bank holiday: £18.00

Your Responsibilities May Include:
  • Personal care: assisting with toileting, dressing, showering, hair and nail care, catheter care.
  • Supporting daily exercise where needed.
  • Light domestic tasks to maintain a clean, organised environment.
  • Preparing simple meals/snacks to clients’ preferences.
  • Responding to client needs overnight while respecting their space and privacy.
  • Following care plans and instructions carefully.

  • Able to follow instructions, routines and procedures.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a wider care team.
  • Physically fit and able to support clients with varying mobility.
  • Reliable and punctual with the ability to cover shifts across Leeds, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Willing to undertake training and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Having access to your own vehicle is an advantage but not essential.
