Twilight shift - 17.5 hrs - Between 7pm and 12pm

Recently retired from nursing and missing the reward that comes from helping people thrive?

Beck House in Chester is looking for compassionate, down-to-earth people to join our dedicated team.
Experience in formal care is welcome — but not essential. What matters most is your empathy, your patience, and your commitment to supporting adults on their mental health journey.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Offering emotional and practical support to individuals with mental health needs
  • Building trusting relationships that empower independence
  • Helping people develop life skills and confidence
  • Working within a warm, friendly, and supportive team
