Overview

We are currently recruiting for a polished, articulate and well-presented individual to take on the role of Weekend Showroom Host for our Jaguar Land Rover Dealership in Cardiff. The hours of work are Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturday 8.50 to 5pm, Sunday 11am to 4pm 22 hours per week.

  • Job Title: Weekend Showroom Host / Receptionist
  • Location: Jaguar Land Rover Cardiff
  • Contract Type: Permanent / Part-time
  • Hours of Work: Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturday 8.50 to 5pm, Sunday 11am to 4pm 22 hours per week
  • Salary: £12.30 per hour
Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet visitors to the dealership before introducing customers to the relevant staff
  • Receive inbound telephone calls and direct onto the appropriate department
  • Support the departments with customer events and promotions
  • Carry out some ad hoc administrative duties
  • You will take pride of working in a customer facing role, ideally with a proven record of providing an excellent customer journey in previous roles
  • Be confident to meet new people on a daily basis and build a quick rapport to drive a great first impression
  • A confident and customer-orientated approach to the role
  • A strong desire to provide the best customer service possible for the first impression of our dealership
