A leading generator hire company in the UK is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support the HR Manager in delivering an efficient and effective HR service. The role involves providing professional and confidential HR support, managing employee relations cases, and ensuring compliance with HR processes. Candidates should have previous experience in HR, knowledge of employment law, and strong communication skills. This part-time position requires 22.5 hours per week, with various working options to suit your needs.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor role.
  • Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

  • Support and manage employee relations cases.
  • Produce letters, contracts, and ensure compliance with HR processes.
